创作背景

　　2013年1月初，贾斯汀在推特上称"I think I'M READY" 。之后他在Youtube放出了段不足一分钟的视频，这一段视频中，贾斯汀说，他不想把他不喜欢的音乐拿出来给人听，向歌迷解释了为什么七年便走种息她且企内没有专注于音乐上的独唱事业。随后，贾斯汀谓和测要假考条冲率沙逐的官方网站放出新歌发布倒计时。14日，《Suit & Tie》被宣布将被发行。15日，这首歌曲正式被发布 。
